When booking we need as much information as possible, please give us your dog’s full name, breed, service you require and the dates and times that suit you best, this condenses the booking process. I receive a lot of messages daily and get back to them as soon as possible starting with the oldest message, if you repeatedly message it takes longer for me to get to you. To save confusion please only contact me on one platform to book a single appointment. I'm booking up fast so keep this in mind when you require an appointment and try to book in advance. Please always make sure we have your up to date contact information.
If you need to cancel please give 48hours notice where possible, if not I will unfortunately have to enforce my cancellation fee of 50% of the groom. To cancel phone or text me on 07754033976. Don’t message on Facebook. The cancellation fee must be paid before I will rebook your dog.
Please wear a face covering unless you are exempt. All dogs MUST be on leads not running loose. Please give your dog chance to go to the toilet before their appointment. Clean up after your dog , if you don’t have a poo bag on you I can provide one. Arrive on time. If you are going to be late please let me know, if you are late I may be unable to accommodate you, a late fee may also apply. When you arrive enter the garden and walk towards the salon there is a line on the ground for you to wait behind, please wait here and we will collect/hand over your dog. Close the gate when you enter and leave. Don’t knock on the the front door, my house and business are separate.
Please be respectful of my neighbours and do not block anyone’s driveway.
Your dog’s welfare comes before vanity! If your dog is matted I may have to cut the matts out, this may not give the best finish but will ensure your dog’s comfort. Severe matting will incur a surcharge as this ruins my blades and requires more work. Severe matting may result in me needing to shave your dog short, you will be notified of this before I start cutting, if you object I will be unable to complete the service but will require payment for the work already done.
I accept cash or bank transfer, if you are going to pay by transfer please let us know when you are collecting your dog. All payments should be made the day of appointment before you leave the premises.
We always contact you to let you know when your dog will be ready, please collect your dog promptly, if you will be late please let us know. We try to be understanding about issues arising and know that things can’t always be helped however we have a growing number of dogs left in the salon for an extended period of time. This isn’t fair on your dog and as we are a small salon we don’t have the space to keep numerous dogs indefinitely. Due to this I’m going to have to introduce a late fee, amount will depend on time late to pick up. This will be used at my discretion.
